Established in 1993, EPC are specialists in high quality overprinting of envelopes, capable of producing anything from a simple business reply service envelope to the most complex 4 colour designs. This includes the jobs that other printers can't do, such as board back, all board, gusset and Tyvek® envelopes.

Flexographic printing, the ideal solution for printing high quantities of envelopes economically, for those larger campaigns or simple jobs. Printing on bespoke envelopes, supplied stock and envelopes other suppliers can't do, such as board, gussets and Tyvek®.
Wash and optional whiteout and large format printing, edge-to-edge printing and perfecting (printing on both sides at the same time).
Quick turnaround, for those urgent, can't wait jobs, aiming to deliver within 3 days - sometimes sooner!
UV dryers enabling us to overprint on difficult envelopes, such as coated, gloss, board and Tyvek®.

With a vast range of stock envelopes, Envelope Printing Company are happy to supply plain envelopes that can fulfil almost any requirement. A bespoke manufacturing service is available for those real specials, which includes envelopes of unusual sizes, multi-window and pre-printed conversions.

Bespoke and hand made envelopes
EPC have the skill, experience and knowledge to supply tailor-made envelopes to almost any specification, whether you need an unusual shape, size or simply want it produced from a specific material.
Our bespoke and hand-made envelopes are produced from flat pre-printed sheets and converted.
